This Keto Chocolate Cream Cheese Fluff is one of my old favorites. The best part about it is that it can be made in just a few minutes. It’s a versatile quick dessert that can be dressed up any way you like.
High Fat = High Flavor
This high fat chocolate cream cheese fluff makes for a perfect weeknight dessert. I relied on it pretty heavily when doing the Deeper State Keto protocol. When you’re cutting calories a high-fat rich dessert like this can do wonders for helping you to feel full.
A versatile Treat
The base ingredients for this recipe – cream cheese, heavy cream, almond milk, and sweetener – can be combined with any of your favorite flavors. I added some sugar free chocolate sauce and Lily’s chocolate chips!
You could also top it with whipped cream, strawberry sauce, or even some fresh strawberries or raspberries.
Cream Cheese Fluff – What’s a Fluff?
I think that word works better to describe this dessert. It’s denser than whipped cream, and richer than a pudding. Fluff falls somewhere in between in my opinion.
In any event, fluff is a good description for the texture of the finished product – the softened cream cheese comes out light and airy.
