Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil Or butter
- 1 tbsp Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup Optional
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tbsp Almond Flour Super fine
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Golden Monkfruit Sweetener Can sub sweetener of choice
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 large Egg
- 1 pinch Pink salt
Instructions
Microwave Preparation ~
- Combine all ingredients and mix well in a microwave-safe bowl or mug
- Microwave for 70 seconds. Allow to cool for a few seconds before turning out onto plate or eat directly from the mug/bowl
Oven Preparation ~
- Preheat oven to 350
- Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and mix well
- Pour batter into baking pan and bake for 20 minutes
- Allow to cool before serving/topping
