This is a keto version of another of my all-time favorite recipes – Garlic Noodles. The recipe below is great plain, but you can add any additional ingredients you want to make a meal. The noodles are pictured with my favorite grass-fed beef sausage.
Keto Spicy Garlic Noodles
Servings: 1 Bowl
Calories: 339kcal
Ingredients
- 7 oz Shiritaki Spaghetti Noodles 1 package
- 2 tsp Minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder Optional
- 2 tbsp Ghee Or butter
- 1 tbsp Green Onion Chopped
- 1 tbsp Liquid Aminos Or soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tsp Crushed red chili flakes
Instructions
- Heat ~1 quart of water in a small sauce pan to boiling
- Drain Noodles into a fine mesh strainer, and rinse with cold water for 2 minutes
- Add noodles to water, allow to come back to a boil, and cook for 2-3 minutes
- Strain Noodles and return to hot pan. Dry fry over high medium-heat while stirring occasionally for 5 minutes or until water is gone and noodles are dry
- While noodles are drying, melt butter in a sauté pan over medium-high heat, then add garlic. Cook for ~1 minute, careful not to burn.
- Lower heat and add the remaining ingredients except for 1/2 of the green onions, plus 1/4 cup of water. Stir to combine and coat the noodles. Allow to cook down until no liquid is left and noodles are golden brown
- Sprinkle with remaining green onions and serve immediately
