Instructions

  • *Important Step* Place candy bar mold on a pan or tray that will fit into your freezer without to many adjustments – otherwise you either will not be able to move the filled mold to the freezer, or will spill the chocolate as you try to maneuver it into the freezer
  • Course chop Cacao Butter and Chocolate – add to medium microwave safe bowl
  • Microwave for 1-2 minutes in 30 second increments. When most of ingredients are melted, remove from microwave and stir carefully – the residual heat will finish the job. Set aside and allow to cool, but not to re-solidify.
  • Add the liquid Stevia, Vanilla Extract, and Soy Lecithin, mixing well after each ingredient is added. Taste and adjust for sweetness with liquid Stevia. You can also add another sweetener for a more complex flavor, e.g., golden monkfruit
  • Pour the chocolate mixture into the mold, sprinkle with pink salt (optional)  and freeze for at least 30 minutes before attempting to remove from mold. Wrap with parchment or wax paper and store in the refrigerator
