  • Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with salt. Heat oil in a large pan or wok to medium-high heat, and brown the chicken (if using raw). 
  • Remove chicken from pan and set aside. Add minced garlic to pan with remaining oil, and cook for 1 minute, being careful not to let the garlic burn.
  • Add cauliflower and sauté for 2-3 minutes until hot, then add pink salt, green onion, and chicken. 
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes, then add liquid aminos and green onions. stir to combine and allow to heat through. 
  • Serve immediately, topping with 1 teaspoon of chili garlic sauce and green onions for garnish.
