Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 12-cup muffin pan with coconut oil spray
Add butter and cream cheese to a medium bowl and mix with a hand mixer until combined
Add eggs, protein powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix with hand mixer until smooth
Portion batter into muffin pan and then add a little less than 1 tablespoon each of the cheese and bacon, and about a teaspoon of green onion to each cup
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes until set and slightly brown on top. Be careful not to over-brown as the muffins could get too dry
Allow to cool completely before removing from pan and storing or eating
