Preheat broiler to ~500
Combine onion powder, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well and set aside. Seed (if desired) and dice jalapeños and set aside
Brown the ground beef over medium-high heat, seasoning with about half of the spice mixture
Lower heat and add heavy cream and cream cheese. stir to mix and melt
Once the cream cheese is melted and smooth, add the remaining spice mix, 2/3rds of jalapeños, 1/2 of the bacon, and 1/2 of the cheese. Mix well
Transfer the mixture to an 8x8 broiler-safe pan and top with remaining cheese, bacon, and jalapeños
Place under broiler for 3-4 minutes until brown and bubbly
Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes to serve immediately, or cool a little longer before portioning for meal prep
