Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut Chicken into bite-sized (about 1 inch) pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
In large oven safe sauté pan, Brown the chicken over medium-high heat in the oil (in batches if necessary). Remove from pan and set aside, leaving the pan drippings and any leftover oil.
Add onion to the pan, and cook for 1-2 minutes until softened.
Add the bacon and garlic and cook for one more minute.
Add broccoli and toss with the onion, garlic, and bacon. Cook for 2-3 minutes (longer depending on how well done you prefer your broccoli).
Add the heavy cream and cream cheese, then stir until the cream cheese is melted.
Add the chicken back to the pan and mix well - if the sauce is too thick, add some water to thin it out.
Top the mixture with the parmesan cheese. Place in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, until brown and bubbly on top. Serve immediately or portion for meal prep.
