Instructions

  • Slice Beef into 2-inch strips and sprinkle with about half of the salt and pepper
  • Brown Beef on medium high heat in about a tablespoon of oil, then transfer to a bowl and set aside
  • Saute the mushrooms in the remaining tablespoon of oil until golden brown
  • Add the Broccoli Slaw and saute until just heated through (this allows the broccoli to stay crisp)
  • Add the heavy cream and the remainder of the seasonings. Let simmer until heated through and thickened
  • Add beef and toss with the vegetables and sauce
  • Serve immediately or portion for meal prep
