Dice bacon and cook over medium heat until crispy. Drain and set aside
Chop celery, cheese, and turkey breast into 1/2" cubes
In large bowl, combine celery, cheese, turkey, bacon and mayo and mix well. add salt and pepper to taste, and optionally, garlic powder and onion powder.
You can serve it immediately, but it will taste even better after refrigerating for at least an hour or so.
