Instructions

  • Dice bacon and cook over medium heat until crispy. Drain and set aside
  • Chop celery, cheese, and turkey breast into 1/2" cubes 
  • In large bowl, combine celery, cheese, turkey, bacon and mayo and mix well. add salt and pepper to taste, and optionally, garlic powder and onion powder. 
  • You can serve it immediately, but it will taste even better after refrigerating for at least an hour or so.
